For some reason, my cousin's computer screen starting going on skitso and then when black.
We tried rebooting the computer and it got to the log-in and went black again.
So we tried safemode and it loaded up but the background looks like a ton of red waving lines.

I look up fixs for this and it says to un-install the drivers and install new ones.
Problem is we can only get into safe mode which does not have internet.  So any suggestions on how to fix this problem? 

The drivers were updated to the newest ones only a few days ago, and since then he has loaded his game up a ton of times.  So it is not the game. Came here cause we think the error that showed up before it started said Driver failed or something like that.  (Hard to read something that is flashing and moving around the screen from it acting weird)

The Drivers for a AMD Radeon HD 6850 the same as a AMD Radeon HD 6770?
