Issue Details
When I play games in fullscreen mode like Mirror's Edge, or League of Legends my explorer.exe crashes.  While playing league of legends i cannot restart explorer.exe using task manager.  However i can do this during Mirror's Edge.  This is only while I am using crossfire.  I also play an emulated version of Wind Waker in full screen.  Explorer doesn't crash when that happens.  The only other programs running usually when i play these games are teamspeak 3 and google chrome.
