I bought a computer 3 weeks ago and I have the same problem ever since. It started getting on my nerves. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 and driver is, constantly, being reseted (it's random but sometimes can happen every 15 s) . I played Prototype and Prototype2 and nothing. It didn't reset at all but when I play League of Legends the problem is constant. When I'm watching a video (non-stream) the reseting increases to anoying number per minute('bout 15). I have installed all important updates. I tried installing the newest driver and it's persistant. Computer passed all 4 OCCT tests (CPU: OCCT, CPU: Linpack, GPU:3D, Power Supply). I tried to edit registry (TdrDelay). There was QWORD with value 8 so I put a 2 just to see how it would respond. Now it happens little bit less frequent but just a bit less. I tried to delete the drivers with Driver Sweeper and reinstalling them again but problem is still here. Beta drivers were no different. I disabled Intel Turbo on my motherboard because I have read that this can be happening when CPU is OC-ed. But problem is still here.  Then I installed Win8 Pro x64 in dualBoot and the issue is very scarce but with stock drivers. I had it 'bout 2 weeks and it only reseted twice.  And it doesn't resets at all while the video is playing. Then I installed Windows XP x64 Edition. It's all ok but I can't find drivers for my usb network adapter 'cause the company haven't producet WinXP x64 drivers for it so no internet for me on XP. I think it's a software problem but it may not be the case. When screen freezes, all that is running keeps running (When playing video screen freezes but sound keeps going).  The GPU is not overheating so that's not a problem. :\  So please, can anyone help about this since I don't know what to do to correct this. I would be grateful.

I bet your computer is fine since it is that new.

It's a driver issue since 12.3 and i think 12.8 were last drivers that worked somewhat good.

There are really hundreds of thousands of users having the same issue and most of the tech nerds are suggesting people to check their RAM, PSU, Windows if there are things to mess up your card/cards, because NO it isn't driver issue never. Don't make me laugh so hard.

AMD messed up drivers at some point so just roll back to 12.8 or earlier version which works for best and if rollback doesn't help you anymore you should uninstall and remove all and anything related to AMD/ATI you can find in registry and all folders plus uninstall your card from device manager and check "delete the driver software for this device", boot and delete anything you can find in safe mode, boot and install 12.3 or 12.8 drivers and do not update drivers before it is fixed.

Removing TDR or adding more delay doesn't fix that.

I hope that you are right. Yesterday I reinstalled Win8 and I installed latest drivers. And today, I went on yt to play some music. And the whole screen just dissapeared and rainbow-collored stripes appeared. :S... The song just continued to play. :\... I'm losing my mind with each day :S And I wasn't sure if it's hardware or software problem. I wanted to wait for a newer drivers to be released but who knows when they will be released. And thank you man. Your words are music to my ears...  and the newest drivers are 12.10

I tried the drivers from Sapphire site... No change... I tried CCC 12.8, 12.6,12.4... No change... It's persistant :S...

First look for a BIOS update for your motherboard.

If updating doesn't help or there's none, try the card in another computer.

If it takes the error there, it may be faulty and should be replaced.

If not, there may be incompatibility with your motherboard.
