Hello like the previous posting for the Sapphire 7850 I have found that I cannot get Windows 7 to boot without the screen going blank after installing drivers 12-10.

I have ensured that the system is clear of any drivers or AMD catalyst software. I have run Driver sweeper and ensured the system is clear. I have installed Net framwork 4.5.

I have had this system operating okay until I experienced a problem with Windows 8 and reinstalled Win 7 so I could install win 8 as an upgrade.

But I can't get any further than this.

My system is as follows
CPU Intel i7-950 3.07ghz Quad Core
Motherboard Asus Sabertooth X58
Memory 6GB
Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD 6800

Does anyone have any suggestions

I have just installed the previous version 12.8 and got exactly the same!!

I have tried a few earlier drivers but all just give me a blank screen, do you think that the graphics card is faulty?

Using a windows driver it works just fine at 1400 x 1050 (screen supports 1680x1050 but thats the closest resolution offered)
