When attempting to install new drivers, I download the drivers just fine although when I get to the selection screen to either install "Express" or "Custom" it instantly grays the screen out and says "Not Responding" eventually a Windows Error Reporting window will open. 

This happens every time, I have attempted to restart my computer and run via administrator. I am running Windows 7 64-Bit with an ATI Radeon HD 6670. 

If needed, I can post a picture of the error and the grayed out screen, is anyone else having this issue? Is it common? Need some help updating drivers Luckily I did not uninstall my current drivers first or I would be in some big trouble.

Have you tried waiting it out without clicking on it? Also check the task manager while its frozen. It may show some clues.
