System  Microsoft Windows 7   (64bit)
CPU  AMD A10-5700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics(3400 MHz)
Motherboard ASRock FM2A75M-DGS
Memory  8.00 GB (   667 MHz)
Driver  Intel X-25m 80 GB SSD
Monitor AOC F22

without Graphics driver ......pass

under Safe Mode.................pass

12.8 12.10 12.11beta Graphics driver

1080p 16 bits true color,60hz ........pass

1080p 32 bits true color,60hz ........flicker

the connection use VGA port and VGA link

When the screen flicker happened, there have 8 vertical direction bin, and filling with Horizontal stripes

Things to do:

1. Try the monitor and cable with another computer or at least with a discrete graphics card.

2. Try the APU in another motherboard.


Whichever takes the issue with it is the faulty part.
