I currently have a ATI Radeon HD 5450 video card.  I have Windows 7 64 and I am currently running the ATI driver version 8.682.1.0 from back in 2009.

Every time I try to install or update my video drivers I end up with a blue screen error crash when my system reboots.  I then have to go in safe mode, get rid of all the drivers and let Windows boot back up and used the default drivers I currently have installed.

I believe not having newer video drivers is causing me issues with certain games, etc., but I am unable to update them.

Any suggestions would help greatly.
