I kinda 'reset' my graphic card after cleaning my CPU and PSU fans.
I uninstalled the driver-and-related, downloaded the latest driver, but fail to install.

It shows an error of "Setup was unable to find components that can be installed on your current hardware or software configuration. Please make sure you have the required hardware of software."

Graphic Card: ATI x1050


I haven't found any solution on internet yet. Anyone has it?

EDIT: My monitor will not respond when I plug it to graphic card's slot.

I am awared of that.

When I run in safe mode, the installation kinda passed 'phase 1' and pop new error:

Severe:Setup did not find a driver compatible with your current hardware or operating system. Setup will now exit.

My monitor will not respond when I start the computer by connecting it to graphic card's slot, but my computer can detect a VGA compatible video controller.
