Every time I load a 3d game the performance is horrible and the text is strange looking, like it's made of bubbles or something. I can temporarily fix the problem by alt+tabbing out, changing any setting in the catalyst center then bringing the game back up. But if I close the game or alt tab out again, it happens again.

Fixed the problem, it was Catalyst AI. I had to go through an awkward process to turn if off. Beats me why there's no option for it in the CCC like in older versions.
