I am having issues with my Radeon HD 7570 and have been told that the solution may be with a setting inside the Catalyst Control Center.  The problem being is that I don't have the Catalyst Control Center, I have the Vision Engine Control Center.  When I open this I am not given any options to change any setting on the card, the only thing that I get is the choices of pinned, presets, performance and power.  When I open performance the only options I get are for overclocking.  Am I missing something here?  How do make changes to the video card settings?

I did this, I still have nothing.

You have to install the drivers AFTER you install the 4.5......

I did this just as instructed, I installed the drivers after, still nothing.
