You probably have an issue with motherboard/IDE/SATA/RAID/blablabla drivers which were removed as a result of a bug. But without knowing your system specs we have to guess. Maybe you don't even have a motherboard or disk drive, have some broken nvidia drivers installed etc.
My magic orb says you put a C64 mobo into that rig and installed Win7 on it. The problem is with the drivers for the casette player unit and the 5 1⁄4
inch floppy disk drive. The Uninstall Manager though they were a combination of ice cream and AMD software and tried to do its best to remove it. And succeeded.
See why detailed information is required? To avoid stupig guessing games. The stuff you posted above is not detailed information. I suggest you read that sticky thread again, but this time with a bit more attention.
