Civilization 4
Black flickering - Not observed in quick, but intensive 30 minute gameplay

Skyrim:
Black flickerspot - nothing at all
White flickerspot - fixed previously (2 hours ago). vcredist packages removed, last WHQL reinstalled. 13.2beta 3 installed. and white flickerspot is clear
"Facial flicker" also known as "skin flicker" when game character fades out/in. Still present

Witcher 2 EE:
No type of flickering observed. (black, white, transparency)
Flickering which was observed is also present with different cards.

World of Tanks:
No flickering observed yet. "Battle starts" however is still blinking. Have to re-test with different GPU.

To be tested:
Starcraft II

I will keep my final verdict to the future, but... the main problem seems to be fixed.

Civilization 4 and Skyrim's "Black flickerspot" were the most persistent and most easy to reproduce DirectX 9.0c texture flickering issues.

White flickering remained as secondary problem since 12.11 beta. In my case i believe that it was caused by messed vcredist installations.

The "facial flicker" in skyrim is surely related exclusively to HD 7000 series or any AMD GPU with GCN architecture. It changed a lot with the new driver, but its still there.

I remember you already had a thread for this flickering thing. Did it get locked or why start a new one?

Since some time i found people complaining about things that already been fixed or workaround known.

On the other hand i found people refusing existence of any such issues.

This time (in about one year) i have very good news.

Installed overtop of 12.11b3 and no issues with that. Only played Skyrim which went well, even changed from 2xAA 16xAF to 4xAA 8xAF and fps is still holding at 60.

So far so good.
