I have two Radeon HD 7850's in a crossfire configuration, and when installing Catalyst 13.1 it reports success then on reboot windows does not work right it fails to load services. Rebooting again windows looks like it’s working, however when loading EVE online the screen flashes like crazy and it looks like I'm watching a VGA color show. After exiting eve windows explorer starts crashing. I'll reverted back to Catalyst 12.10 EVE works but the explorer problem is persistent. My PC never had this problem before loading Catalyst 13.1.

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 EVO BOIS ver. 1604

CPU: AMD FX 8150

Memery: 4 - Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600

Video Cards: 2 - PowerColor AX7850 2GBD5-DH Radeon HD 7850 in a CrossFireX configuration

Power Supply : 750 watts

PCI - Cards: 1 - 802.11n Wifi PCI card.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Monitor: Samsung 1080p 3D TV connected via HDMI
