The problem is that when your running eyefinity gaming, running single screen.

1 card setup you get 3 identical screen. 2 cards/Crossfire or more, setup you get 2 outside monitors go black and into standby mode.

Is there a way you make make the drivers do this with only 1 card setup, as its anoying in games that you have to play non eyefinity, to have to turn these monitors off manualy. No clue as to why this happens with 2 cards and not all setups.

Works as intended, clone is not supported in Crossfire.

Thats the point, I dont want it cloned, when forced to run on 1 monitor when I setup for eyefinity, when running 1 card. They must have a way to make 1 card auto sleep the 2 other monitors like it does in crossfire.

Its a real real pain in the ass to put every thing on the desktop back to where I want it to be if I do take out of eyefinity. and it sucks t see 3 clones, or have to turn them off/on.

Xfire eyefinity can do this so why not non-xfire eyefinity.
