Does anybody here can help me? my AMD Vision Control Centre is missing but i can still play game and do adjustment with the display and video controls in games option.. All these happened after i had some driver problem with my HD7850 before.. Do i need to uninstall and install the Sappire CD driver installation again or what..

I think you should try a clean install of your graphics suite. Here is one way to do it > http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=162444&enterthread=y  . You should pay special attention to the .netframeworks requirement for latest drivers and update if necessary before trying to install the new drivers....otherwise CCC will not work properly.
 
Also, don't use the auto-install thing. Follow steps 1-4 and download drivers. http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
