Issue Details
The computer hard locks, screen freezes and the only solution is to manually press the power button until the computer powers down and then power it back on.

ASrock p67 Fatal1ty pro. All you need to know is the bios and all the drivers for it are up to date and have been since the last release. This is not a SATA controller error as I have the B3 stepping MB.

Sigh... I said this in my original post.
Malwarebytes scan = clean
Windows defender scan = clean
chkdsk /f = no errors on any sectors
memtest = no errors detected (testing single sticks in slot 1 - 4 interchanged a total of 16 combinations)
Prime 95 stable for 12+ hours up to DAYS if need be unless a random crash occurs (the crash has never occured during a prime test)
