I have 2 monitors. My main is a Acer H243H 16:9. My 2nd monitor is an old View Sonic VA720 4:3, this thing has to be like 10+ years old. I have the newer monitor hooked up by HDMI and the older one with a DVI/VGA conversion. For the last several months everytime I've tried to update my drivers, the screen get real pixelated and looks like a rainbow in a sense, but my 2nd monitor looks perfectly fine. So I'd just do a roll back.  I haven't really cared until I tried play Crysis 3 for the first time tonight and the drivers kept crashing.

I've tried uninstalling everything AMD related by using the amd_cleanup_util, Windows Installer Clean Up, and driver sweeper. I've adjusted just about everything in the CCC and I've googled this issue numerous times and wasted serveral hours trying to figure this out over the last 6months, I think my first issue was in sept. So it'd be great to get this finally resolved.

Operating system is Win 7 64. I also had the same issue with Win8 64 beta

I reinstalled AMD Display Driver from Aug
