Fresh install of 13.1 Drivers = random pixel stripes on screen, then black screen and reboot. Then repeats.
Dropping back to 12.10 Drivers = good to go.

Issue Details: 13.1 driver boots, then random pixel lines on screen, black screen, then system reboots. Does this within 1 minute of completing Windows boot.

Applications and games: Occurs in Windows, cannot get to a game to test it in.

Additional Hardware: Seagate 1TB 7200rpm Sata 3 ST31000528AS, DVD burner.
Additional Details: Antivirus, antispyware, and adware checked for, not an issue. Tested with 12.10 drivers: PCMark Vantage, Sisoftware Sandra, Furmark, and 3Dmark11 with NO issues. Cannot keep the system up long enough with the 13.1 drivers to test.
