I have a plea for AMD driver/catalyst developers.

Before I buy AMD graphics card, because it has same power for less money.

Please do something like nVidia Control Center has for 3D settings/program settings. I see that Catalyst has universal setting that affects/overrides every software that uses 3D (DirectX/OpenGL). I need something like nVidia does, so I can set each program according to my needs.

Mostly I need this for VLC player that can use DX for video output, so I can Vsync videos to my TV/Monitor. Otherwise I have sliced images (no Vsync problem).

That would be also a great option for various games and apps that use DX/OpenGL.
