Hi i am hoping someone out there has seen this issue before and figure out how to repair it. I have completely removed all the drivers and registry entries multiple times in an attempt to get my amd overdrive tab to work again with vision center to no avail. I am not sure what the problem is that is not allowing me to open up this option, everything else seems to function in the vision center however when i click on amd overdrive tab the vision center simply minimizes back to my taskbar rather than displaying the agree disagree option and letting me change my clock speeds etc, this used to work and now does not. So i have redone the entire CCC and still getting same results. I have a xfx radeon hd 6670 card if that helps. Win 7 x64 ultimate.

You might check your .netframework version:

Thanks stumped, however I have done this already the vision control center does load with windows as it is supposed to and, I can use every option that it has to offer except for the amd overdrive tab under performance, when I click it the control center simply closes back to the taskbar without showing me the warning message with accept or cancel that allows you to adjust the clocks and fan speed, but it did work prior to reinstalling windows 7 x64 ultimate on this hard drive. I have completely removed all amd drivers with the amd removal tool and driver sweeper to clean up the leftovers before reinstalling and same issue occurs no matter which driver I choose.

I do believe when it worked properly I had .net 4.5 installed and fully updated going to try that will let you know if that sorts it out.

Okie dokie, looks like the correct answer is update .net to 4.5 all is well now, thanks for pointing me in the correct direction although it was not 100% correct it helped to get me there.
