The problem I'm having is that my display drivers keep on crashing at random, but for the most part when i play a game.
It seems to happen randomly, since it has happened at the desktop, while in a game, or when I'm just browsing a website.
The screen goes black for a few seconds, then it returns with the message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered". (http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/7821/img0018wa.jpg)
This started happening around Christmas-New Year last year(2012). It even became so bothersome I decided to format my computer, which didn't seem to help on the issue at all.
I'm thinking it's an outdated driver, but I have no idea where I can find the older drivers for my graphics card.
Anyways, here's some info you might need:
AMD Radeon 6950 HD
I haven't done any form of overclocking.
Motherboard & CPU:
As I stated previously, there is no overclocking done by me on my computer, nor on my PSU.
Here's a picture of the bluescreen i recieve:
Also, I tried to do a 'clean' install of the driver, but when I went into safe mode and deleted the ATI drivers using Driver Sweeper it made my computer bluescreen when I turned it on normally, so I had to restore it from a previous point.
