Okay first of all - hello and thanks in advance for any help.

Lately I'm having an issue with my graphic card drivers (more probably), which are catalyst 13.1.

My hardware and software:
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD7770 1GB
CPU: Intel E8400 dual core 3.0ghz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Drivers version: Legacy Catalyst 13.1

So here comes the problem description:
When I play any video in media player classic - home cinema (with codec pack - everything in CCCP pack) there is a strange thing occuring, which I've called "brightness jumps".
This problem doesn't occur on VLC or MPC-HC with directshow video renderer changed to for example "haali video renderer". It happens only on "enhanced video renderer"
haali video renderer pic:
enhanced video renderer pic:

I've disabled "de-noise" and problem frequency dropped, but it still occurs.

Those "brightness jumps" happen much more less and disabling every option in gpu cp (except for dynamic contrast) doesn't help with other frames.

This video shows what exactly I mean:

As you can see in the first part - those are settings I was using yesterday (before your response) and at 0:23 problem starts to occur.
Reducing de-noise or disabling it reduces the frequency of that problem happening - but not entirely (at 0:46 (repeated three times), there's "brightness jump")
FYI - it's not the video file problem - everything works normally on my brother's notebook with same version of CCCP
At the end of the video I disable every option there is - problem disappears, but colors are too bright (just like when directshow output was changed to standard or haali)

According to one person from CCCP support:
Haali's video renderer should be showing you the correct colour levels then and it shouldn't be affected if you change any of the "video quality" settings in the AMD Catalyst Control Center.
while it looks the same as "system default renderer" on my pc.
I even reinstalled my OS - it didn't help with this problem.

I guess it's the problem with gpu drivers, but I have no idea how to fix it.
