Hello guys,

So yesterday i inted to revert my catalyst back to 12.8 from 13.3 Beta 3.

No error during installation but after reboot, i got a lot of error massage. I can't open ccc, error on gpu-z, hell i can't even play games.

So my question is does the procedure to roll back driver is different from updating it ? or maybe there's just something wrong with my PC.

You mean the AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility like the one below ?

http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/catalyst-uninstall-utility.aspx

i'll try it when i get home

I don't know if it the driver or maybe just my pc, but with 13.3 beta 3 i experience performace issue.

Example : playing crysis 1 or 2, when i start the game the game slows down from time to time but if i Alt-enter to windowed screen mode and alt-enter again to full screen, the frame rate signifactly rise up. how come ?

Then playing bioshock infinite, performance on fulscreen windowed mode is better than fullscreen mode, i though fullscreen mode will yield better performance since the gpu will only focus on the game.

that's why i'm trying to revert back to my pervious driver 12.8 and see if it still does that or not. hopefully it's the driver and not my pc.

Un-installing anything after 12.10 breaks .Net. I don't know what.  So after you remove 13.x drivers and then run Driver Sweeper in Safe Mode you need to re-install Microsoft .Net before installing the 12.8 drivers.  Then you should be ok.

It's something they should have made LONG AGO, it's much better than DriverCleaner/DriverSweeper.
