Graphics Card
- VTX3D 7950 3GB stock clocks

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
-V 2013.0320.2223.38347

Operating System
- 64bit windows 7

Issue Details
- Recently brought this card and installed it ok, but after turning pc on after 5-10 mins it locks up and going into a restart cycle, or i have to manually restart it.  I have tried the latest beta drivers and that got me to 32mins with 10min of using unigine heaven. Moved from a gtx 560ti, uninstalled all nvidia drivers first and installed amd ones before putting card in. Later tried uninstalling all drivers and installing new before putting the card in. no joy.  im not stressing the card in any shape or form so i dont know what to say. have tried to underclock card but nothing. 

Motherboard or System Make & Model
- Asus M5A78l/ m/USB3
- FX 4100 at stock.
-16gb Patriot Viper Xtreme ram 

Power Supply


Never had any problems with this when running other cards of similar power and overclocked.

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used
-Acer H243HX  using dvi 1080p

Applications and Games

General computer use, will freeze even on desktop.

CPU Details
- FX4100 no oc

Motherboard BIOS Version
- not sure of the version but it is only about 4month old

System Memory Type & Amount
Patriot Viper xtreme 16gb (4x4gb) ddr2 (says 2133 but only runs at 17xx)

Additional Hardware
- include specifics about the harddrive(s) used (ex: SSD boot drive), # of case fans, optical drives installed, or any additional PCI, or PCIe devices installed

Can be a faulty card. Try it in another computer.
