Hi,

recently I upgraded the 13.3 beta version of the Catalyst Software Suite to 13.4, but after doing so my third monitor (plugged into one of the mini-dp ports of my new ATi 7950 with an active adapter) is no longer detected correctly. CCC lists it as "fake" and I cant use it because the maximum resolution is set to 640 x 480.

After trying to plug in and unplug my other monitors one after another, the problem still exists. So I decided to uninstall the 13.4 driver and install 13.3 beta again. And suddenly the monitor is dectected correctly as LG W2442PE and everything is fine.

But as soon as I install any other version than 13.3 beta, the third monitor is no longer detected.Even if I have no driver installed at all, windows 7 detects it, but fails to do so after 13.x (except 13.3 beta) is installed. It then says "no pnp monitor".

Is there anything I am missing? Does this mean I have to stick with 13.3 beta until I have luck with a newer version?

Configuration:

Windows 7 64x

3 Monitors: BenQ G2420HD, BenQ GL2450, LG W2442PE

ATi 7950: 1 Monitor on DVI, 1 Monitor on HDMI, 1 Monitor on mini-DP with active adapter to HDMI

Conclusion: 13.3 beta works like a charm, every other version fails to detect third monitor.
