I'd like to speak on this. I've been having this issue ever since I bought my 7950. My monitor using DVI seems to always get the screen tearing while my tv in HDMI doesn't. This is only when I have my desktop cloned. When I disable my tv, the monitor works just fine, but ccc automatically enables the tv again.

The drivers before 13.4 had the issue as well, even with turning off all the settings. The screen tearing will happen with web browsing, movie watching, and video game playing. It's really annoying, and I've yet to find a simple, working solution to this.
Any help would be greatly apprecited.

Also to be clear, I am not using eyefinity. I have tried the beta drivers and the previous set of beta drivers. I'm also running on windows 7 64, my tv has the same native resolution as my monitor which is 1920x1080 and that's about it.
