Every single time I try to install the new update my computer crashes forcing me to open in safemode & restore to be able to run my computer. I've sent in a report with no reply & when it comes to computer parts & repairs I'm illiterate so please bear with me.

Any advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!

3. OS (Win7, Win8, WinXP, 32 or 64bit, etc)
4. Driver version (13.2, 12.10, etc)
5. Power Supply..list make and model (not just wattage)

7. Did your computer come with the OS and Graphics card you have now?

I have the same problem. Ive gotten no solutions on this forum or from AMD on how to fix this in months. Apparently, the only way to fix this problem, so far, is to buy and install an Nvidia GPU. Give it a shot.

AMD Catalyst Control Center requires Microsoft .NET4 Framework. Windows Vista and Windows 7 users may need to install the Microsoft .NET4 Framework as a prerequisite to use Catalyst Control Center.

has nothing to do with Net4 Frameworks man. Trust me. Have the same issue myself and tried EVERYTHING these forums suggested. Either refuses to let my windows start passed the graphics of windows loading or gives me a nice black screen. The most Net4 Frameworks does is refuse to let you open CCC but wont effect your video drivers to crash windows.

Yeah had the same issue with 13.1 and 13.4. On ASUS M5A97, with FX-4100 @ 4.1 OC, Win 7 64-bit, 16 GB Cor. Veng @ 1866, and HD 6870 in Crossfire. Driver 12.10 and back work fine. But since the new year

When installing the driver, it flashs between screens two times. Then black screens and monitor says no input. Then I have to restore my pc from a restore point.

In my case, I couldn't get 13.4 to fully download, so I downloaded the 13.5 beta version. It ended up black screening my monitor so I had to manually shut the computer off.

I have a A10 iGPU plus a non crossfire HD 6950 discrete card.

I had to pull my discrete GPU and when I could finially get Windows to start again had to do it in repair mode then had to delete the 13.5 beta. For the time being, I installed an older version off my ASUS motherboard support DVD.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who had issues.
