WTF is AMD playing at! fix 1 thing the F*** something else up,I'm so beginning to regret purchasing 2 7970's,the audio was fine with 13.1 & 13.3 beta's yet the new 13.4 is causing constant hdmi audio drop out's every other second.Anyone else getting this ? Newvermind i've already fixed it with this open regedit and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Video\{XXXX...}\0000 ( 'XXXX' means device number. There are several device number folder and u should find 'AdapterDesc' in 0000 folder which key value is 'amd radeon HD 7XXX Series'. ) At that '0000' folder, Change 'PP_SclkDeepSleepDisable REG_DWORD' value 0 to 1. and reboot! So if anyone is having hdmi audio dropouts with the official 13.4 then try that,it's working for me,I'm seriously P****D at amd right now,how long does it take get decent drivers for a card that's been out over a year!

I supose that if your using audio from the Video card you need to use the Amd audio driver, if your not using audio from the card just diable the AMD audio driver in device maniger and the problems go away.In my case I couldn't open speaker properties or sound applications until I disabled the driver. cheers

I am using the AMD audio from the GPU and have always used the AMD driver since the 11 catalyst series,it's only since i've installed the official 13.4 the audio started dropping out, until i found out about that registry key for some sort of sleep state for the audio,i have no idea why AMD have changed it in this revision.

If you use the issue report form for 13.4 it might get fixed.
