Issue Details
- After I installed amd_catalyst_13.5_beta2 I noticed load fan noise in my system
- I checked the AMD control center and noticed the graphics card running 80% and even some times over 90% on the desktop on win  UI high perfrormance
- I then deinstalled all AMD software and installed the default driver 13-4_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql, same problem
- I never had this problem before installing the new drivers and dont understand how windows is using the VGA card so heavily simply on the dekstop
- This results in the graphics card running over 70 Celcius

i have no such issues, but never installed a beta driver before 11.4,maybe it is also related to your tv conection from catalyst or bits and pieces remained from beta,i had a simillar issues last year and resolved it by installing an older version of catalyst after a reboot unistaled that and then installed the new version, beta drivers tend to be unstable for me also i use driversweeper after every catalyst uninstall.

13.6 Beta

Seems all new drivers give the same problem, card runs @ 95% + and overheats on desktop.... anyone know whats going on with these new drivers?

When I revert back to normal drivers like 13-1 all is back to normal, oh and again i have done it all driversweep and the lot.
