i have just tried to install new drivers and caps. uninstalled old drivers first and caps and restarted my pc installed new drivers and caps and restarted and got a bsod blue screen. had no problem with the last drivers and caps

First response..use the drivers that work. If you have a question then>

We need to know:

1. Processor (I5-xxxx, A10-xxxx, etc)
2. Graphics card (HD6970, HD4850, etc)
3. OS (Win7, Win8, WinXP, 32 or 64bit, etc)
4. Driver version (13.2, 12.10, etc)
5. Power Supply..list make, model and wattage
6. RAM
7. Did your computer come with the OS and Graphics card you have now?
8. Monitor resolution (native) and connection (DVI, HDMI, VGA, etc)

i5 3570 k2x hd 7950win 7 64 bit pro13.4 crashes13.1 finecorsair ax1200i8gb corsair venghome built pc3x24 lg flatron e2442 5760x1080 2 mini d/p active converters to dvi. one dvi to hdmi cablehad no problems with any drivers then tried 13.4 with the caps and bsod on restart

sorry should of put i always uninstall old one first and i used the software removal tool you mentioned and restart before i install new

Did you use driver sweeper as well?

Use that driver clean up program, run it and let it do it's job then restart when it ask you to.

So far i never had problem with this tool.
