The outer edges of my screen are cut off. In the Catalyst Control Center the scaling options are grayed out. I have tried reducing the resolution to then adjust the scaling, which I have seen recommended online, but that did not work either.

My monitor is currently running at 1680x1050@60Hz

Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950

Driver Version: 12.104-130328a-155980C-ATI

Catalyst Version: 13.4

64-bit Windows 8

Monitor: Hannspree HF229

GPU scaling is there to prevent 4:3 games being stretched on a 16:9 monitor. What you're looking for is overscan settings, which should be in the CCC as well. Set it to 0%.
