Hi, I have used this uninstall utility once before for the January drivers, and it worked, but now I want to know everyone's recommendation on how to install the new drivers released 2 weeks ago.

I am not sure if I should use this uninstall utility again, since it does not appear to be updated..

Should I just uninstall from the control panel?

Thanks.

I installed 13.4 over 13.1 with out any problems. I'm on Windows 8 pro, so hope that helps.

I use the AMD Catalyst Install Manager in Programs and Features, if that's what you are referring to. I've never used a third party uninstaller . No need.

Installing over the old has become more common, but I'm a firm beliver in the principles behind Murphy's Law and stick with the tried and true - uninstall via P&F, reboot, reinstall.

Have always installed over the top(except when instal new hardware/o.s).Old(previous) uninstal manager works fine(i prefer custom uninstal/select all(just to see what's going to be deleted)).

?? - Not sure what you are saying here.  If you use the uninstall manager you are not installing over the top of the exisiting drivers. I do the same - select custom - just to verify exactly what is being uninstalled. I don't trust anything automatic.
