I have an ATI Radeon HD 4650 DP Graphics Card bought from HP.

I installed 13.1 Driver but during the Installation Catalyst Control Center etc. were not installed. So, I installed the GFX Drivers from Device Manager and selected the Extracted Folders (C:/AMD/support/13_1_Legacy... or somwhat like that)

Okay! I managed to install CCC from the Packages Folder and installed all the components (Branding, Static, Fuel etc.)

But, in the CCC, there is no Performance Tab and hence no Overdrive. I really want to use the Overdrive Feature. How Can i enable the Performance Tab.

PC :-

CPU : Intel Core I7 860

GPU : ATI Radeon Hd 4650 DP 1GB

RAM : 4 GB

OS   : Windows 7 Ultimate x68

.NET : 1.1, 2, 3.0, 3.5, 4.

I guess it has something to do with the manual install. What I would try:

1. Clean anything AMD related from your computer.

2. Download the latest legacy driver for your card.

3. Add the hardware id of your card to the inf file in case it's missing. (That's what I think is causing your problem. You have a rare OEM card after all.)

4. Try installing again. Make sure unsigned drivers are allowed to be installed.

Please tell me a detailed Procedure to properly add the Hardware ID to the INF for Windows 7. There is a (W8_INF and a LH_INF or somewhat like that , Folder in my Drivers folder with some CE_####, CL etc named inf files)

Anyways, I have 4 Hardware ID.

So which one do i need to add and where and how?
Thanks for the support and help.
With Warm Regards,
