These are my computer's specs.

My power supply is the following

An XCLIO GOODPOWER 500W ATX SLI Certified Crossfire Ready Active PFC Power Supply

My computer didn't come with the OS and Graphics card. This is a computer I built myself.

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance (4 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233180

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K (stock clock speeds)

OS: Windows 8 Pro with WMC 64 Bit

GPU: AMD Radeon 6870. (stock speeds also)

Monitor native resolution 1680 x 1050 connected via DVI. Also have another monitor connected to my Intel HD 3000, connected via VGA. I've tried disconnecting my other monitor, but the same issue is arrising. I've tried just about everything at this point.

The Catalyst 13.4 installation said that it completed, but warnings occurred during installation. When I view the log file, I get this. I also always uninstall previous drivers the proper way by going to Control Panel, Programs and Features. The same exact thing happens with the 13.5 Beta when I tried to use that instead.

I would try a clean install and be sure to check your netframework version > http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=162444&enterthread=y

Yea, I just managed to fix the problem by refreshing my copy of Windows 8. I guess this was for the best. I was well due for a refresh for some time now anyway, but didn't want to have to go through the apache server setup process again.

I also had the correct netframework version, if it helps anyone else in the future.
