Because it's not worth the trouble anymore. The reason is well-documented here.

I didnt ask for a troll-ed answer, and if you trying to tell ME that xp are dead, then say it to the other 16% of users! ( a not small number, and of cource many others that are not included in this statistic)

Well function you will be finding that you need to do a upgrade of something. The OS to Windows 7 or 8 to continue to get support here and else where.

Still no good answer to my question, and the bad thing is that I dont get the attention of the amd staff, in order to change this..

Back to the off-topic, I am going to smile when you realize that M$ has already started to kill you so-loved win 7...

Do you think this is trolling? Would you start building a house if you know a tornado will come in a week and destroy the whole thing? Would you spend the money and start it regardless?

Adding new features to XP is the same thing. As I said, it's not worth the trouble, because the OS will be killed before the new feature could be profitable.

It's the same reason there isn't SATA support in Windows 95. As for Windows 7, we COMPREHEND that the mainstream support will in in November 2015 and extended support ends on November 1, 2020, and come October 31, 2020 we will not be going all over the web begging Microsoft to extend the life cycle like you are doing for whatever reason.

Windows XP served its purpose, let it go.
