OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

CPU:AMD Phenom X4 955 @3.4 ghz

Motherboard:Asus M5A78L LE

GPU: Sapphire 7950 Dual-X 3GB 384 bit

PSU:TT Litepower 600 W

I used to use 13.1 version. Today i updated my current version to 13.4. After the installation is completed, There was a question mark on the status of installation process. It said :"There were warnings made, please check the installation log for further details."

I checked the log and there was nothing weird , all of the driver process were succesfull. The windows didnt restart automaticly, i did it manual. After that i tried to acces to AMD vision engine center. It was loading for a few secs then nothing happened, I uninstalled the driver and installed it again but nothing changed. I cant acces to AMD Vision Engine Center.  There wasnt such problem on 13.1 version. Please help!

Before anybody can help look at the "sticky please read before posting", so you can supply details about your system.

Then somebody will give you some advise and help.
