So for months now whenever I try to update my drivers. It gets about a quarter of the way to half way thru then crashes my computer. Forcing me to do startup repair or system restore. Its starting to really agravate me. I've tried quite a few solutions to no avail. At first I thought it might be that I'm running 2 monitors at once(1 is a 27" Vizio HD LED TV 2 is a Standard Acer monitor) So I unplugged the acer tried to do it with juist the TV on, then tried just the monitor. I have made exceptions in Malwarebytes and MSE as well still crashes. One time I even uninstalled both. then I browsed trhu some stuff here and got the latest .NET Framework or w/e and used the AMD uninsatll and I still crashed. this is just nuts.

anyways heres my system info(plus the 6950, a new power supply and windows 7 ultimate)
