Graphics Card

-XFX R7870 core edition 2gb

-No OC

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
-Driver version: 12.104-130328a-157485C-ATI. I don't remember the past ones

Operating System
-Windows 7 64bits SP1

Issue Details
-Since over a month I can't download any drivers for my card from the official website, when I click the download link it only gives an error saying the page is unavaible. I live in Argentina, if it has something to do with location.

As a workaround, try a web proxy. It works from other locations. But first, try downloading it using a linux live CD, your system might be infected and the site blocked by malware.

I've tried using a web proxy, I was able to download auto-detect and AMD CAP exes but still can't download drivers, instead I get an unknow file named ''Oi8vd3d3Mi5hdGkuY29tL2RyaXZlcnMvMTMtNF93aW43X3dpbjhfNjRfZGRfY2NjX3docWwuZXhl''.

About the other suggestions, I don't own an anti-virus since I don't download much stuff and I didn't understand the linux thing.
