You're at the wrong place, bro. Very wrong. You also mislead us by not posting details, especially that you recently changed video cards.
#1: Remove AMD software. Control panel -> programs and features -> catalyst install manager -> remove everything.
#2: Go to http://www.nvidia.com/ and download your drivers from there. Notice that you no longer have an AMD card, so looking for drivers on the AMD site is not the best idea.
