Is there any way to avaid dot net installation by any way or a secondary download that do not include it?

That because it installs a vision studio runtime that it is not the latest one so I have to download it manually and repair it in order to avoid PR loader error.

Problem is, the vcredist has nothing to do with .net. So your question makes no sense.

However, you can extract the package, cancel the installation, delete all unneeded components from the install subfolders, and attempt installing again. It should work in theory.
