I am trying to download the drivers for my Radeon HD 4850 W8 64 bits and I keep getting the same message. Iv'been trying to download since last friday 20.

I tried on several computers and chrome and IE. I also tried to acces from different parts of the web.

From what I tried the same message appears when you try to download for W7 64 and W8 64.

Also, the same message appears when you try to download the "Automatically detect and install"

What is the ISP and what country is your origin. I noticed lang=spanish in your posttimage. Maybe you are being blocked.

Try this and post the results: (DOS command window)

Thanks for the response WMudrockJr. I am from Argentina and my ISP is fibertel.

I tried to download the drivers for Windows 8 32 bits and I am able to download those.

Here is the image of what you asked for.

Don't know how to translate ir, but it would be something like "The name of the system's  destination cannot be resolved"

Sorry can't include everything, but try this out.

pathping support.amd.com

This will give us a path (hops) you are taking to support.amd.com, plus timings and a lost/sent packet report

It may show a timing issue, just a shot in the dark.

To me there is a gateway or switch that is causing this. If noticed that IP address you have and I have are not the same.

Try using this command: (Trace Route)

tracert support.amd.com

Send this back, but I believe this is your ISP providers problem.

I'm going to try to connect with my phone tomorrow from another Wi-fi and see if I can download it from there, to check if it is the IPS.

My suggestion is to contact your ISP provider, I believe that the issue is between your computer and support.amd.com. Since I have no issue getting to it, but using the IP address you are using I do and that is what I base this on.

Please re-post after contacting your ISP provider. Share the two trace report with them and ask them to explain what is wrong.

Then I believe it is a DNS issue because both us shouldn't have a different IP address to the same WWW address. Hopefully that should some sort of priority.

It took a month with Time Warner to get with issues like these with another download site. It turned out to be a router that wasn't getting updated properly. It caused some real issues for me.

Keep those two documents bookmarked on Networking. At least you will have a better understanding of those commands.

Good luck with the downloads.
