hello, i just installed Windows 8 to my Hp pavilion dv7 laptop and run an integrated ATI mobility Radeon HD 4200 series graphics card. i remember i get good FPS on the High preformance but now, when i try to change to the high perfomance, it says it changes into it, but when i look at the active graphic processing unit, it still says power saving GPU.

Im plugged in and no matter how many times i switch it, still its on power saving. i dont know what else to do. i am enraged, i really believe it is windows 8 thats not making it work, and i wish i could change back, but i cant because i dont have a genuine windows 7 disk.

please help onto what driver i need to have in order for a hd radeon 4200 graphic card can work for windows 8.
