Hello forum. Long time, no see.
Typically when it comes to updating video card drivers, I'm of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality. But for some reason yesterday, I decided to update them. I was running 12.8 I believe, and I updated to 13.9
Now, whenever I try to overclock using Trixx (I've been using it for the past 2 years without ANY problems whatsoever), my screen flickers like crazy, even when browsing the web or tooling around in Windows. Initially I thought it was just the 13.9 drivers, so I uninstalled and went back to 12.8. Problem persists. 12.10, 13.1, etc....problem persists. My video card is just plain unstable now.
Unless something has gone awry in Windows, it almost seems like a hardware issue. I've never known a simple driver update to cause problems like that, though. Anyone have any ideas?
