Graphics Card

Crossfire XFX R290x

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History
- 13.11 tried beta 3, 5 and 6.

Operating System
- Windows 7 64bit

Issue Details
War Thunder - Terrible FPS when details truned up.  (Can only play in single card Card mode as game has no CF support) - if you run at movie settings FPS seem to drop to 10-15 FPS.  My 3 yr old GFX card prior could do better (ie one core from a GTX590 as no SLi support either).

It must be a glictch as when you get showdown or spec, the FPS jump to 160+

Game runs perfect in medium detail - I am trying to Isolate what setting(s) is causing these issues, but they run terrible

Rome II - Issues everywhere - every so often flickering in the main map, have had the screen go black (Game still running and cursor working),

Motherboard or System Make & Model

Power Supply

1200W Antec

Display Device(s) and Connection(s) Used

Samsung 27" 1080p

CPU Details

System Memory Type & Amount
24Gb 1600Mhz

Additional Details
Upgraded to the two R290x from 2x GTX590's in time for BF4 - at the moment I understand the drivers will have issues so posting some up to hopefully address these.

I suggest you keep experimenting and using the issue reporting form regularly. That way you help not only yourself but also a lot of other people who choose to upgrade to the yet immature new cards.

Hi just a point there is only one new card the 290x the 290 not released yet the rest are all just rebrands. If it did not hit 95 c I would get one maybe once the card is released with a  new cooler heat sink it will run better temps. Still a very nice card
