-Fresh install of Windows 8.1 64bit

-8gb DDR3 RAM

-i7 2600k

-Sapphire 6950 (unlocked to 6970)

ASUS P8P67 Mobo

My computer starts using just about ALL my RAM after 1-3 rounds of BF4. It jumps to 95% usage or higher, causing BF4 to unload its memory usage and bog way down as it tries to read straight from my SSD alone.  After closing BF4, none of the programs' usage amount to even a 10th of my total RAM, yet the usage is still there. This only happens in BF4. I can play other games just fine so far.  I have to reboot to get my RAM usage to come back down.

Here are shots of the usage AFTER I have to close BF4. http://i.imgur.com/2uRvokv.png  -http://i.imgur.com/3ZKfUyV.png

Only Chrome and Origin are running at this point and the usage never drops.

I ran poolmon.exe and found a pool tag "MINI" that was the source for this massive usage.  It references AMD drivers as the source.  I also found some people that had the exact same issue in Battlefield 3.  They were able to resolve the problem by going to newer drivers.  I'm running 13.11_b8 and I already tried b7 (I ran the AMD cleanup tool between installations).  Is this a known issue?  Should I try rolling back to some previous driver and risking the red screen crashes for Battlefield 4 load screens?  If so, which drivers should I try?

Doing some research before spending so much money never hurts. Also I'm not Turkish.
