Hey,

So i have this issue, it started since i updated to 13.11 beta. Whenever i try to adjust fan speed it always goes down to zero, so i thought that downgrading might help, and it did but not for long. i installed 13.5 and i could adjust all fan speed settings however after restart, it again fails and pushes down to zero. Fan works, cause i heard sound of fan speed changing while changin the speed in catalyst. Any suggestions?

Suggestion: Install a temp windows and test a clean environment to rule out a hardware issue. As it can as well be a coincidence.
