Yesterday I purchased/installed a msi R290 card with the latest catalyst drivers, however I'm getting worse performance in Rome 2 Total War than I did with my old card (nvidia gtx670). Specifically, although the game performance zoomed out is good, the frame rate drops to single digits when I zoom on an army.  I don't belive that I have a cpu bottleneck since I have i5 4570 at 3.2Ghz CPU, and as I mentioned the issue I'm running into was not present with my old graphics card. I would appreciate if the driver makers can look into this issue.

Well for the driver makers to look into you will have to fill out an AMD Issue Form. It located on the bottom of the page that you download the drivers from.

Since the driver for the R9 are beta drivers here is the link.
