Here are things required by Rules:

Graphics Card : ATI Radeon HD 6570

Operating system: Windows 8.1 Professional(absolutely clean) and also Windows 7 Ultimate.

Issue Details: On Windows 7 ultimate I succesfully updated drivers to from 13.4 to 13.9. After 3 days have passed, drivers somehow disappeared(Windows show me that i had Basic Video Adapter) and i was not able to install drivers after this at all. Catalyst Install Manager and ATISetup.exe of ALL versions(13.9,13.11,12.8,13.4) always crashed on "Detecting graphics hardware". I have also tried installation via Device Manager from Windows's Control Panel. Both automatic Search and manual install also failed(Windows tells me that Basic Video Adapter doesn't need any  driver updates). I have tried many other ways, all of them failed with same error. After all of this i completely have completely removed my operating system and installed absolutely fresh Windows 8.1 with hope that it will eliminate problem. AND I FINALLY GOT ABSOLUTELY SAME PROBLEM ON FRESH WINDOWS 8.1.

Motherboard: MSI G41M-P33 Combo(MS-7592)

Kentsfield Technology(65 nm)

System Memory Type & Amount:

System absolutely clean and there are no viruses or spyware and etc.

Nothing found in Google helps me ! Please help me! I'm ready to provide you with any additional information you may need! And please sorry for my poor English!

Sounds like a hardware issue. Try the card in another computer.
