In the CCC... when im unable to use the OverDrive. Everytime i click on the Amd OverDrive linke i have to re-accept the terms and conditions. When i do i get to the main page, but nothing happens when i click on the "Configure Graphics OverDrive" link. Everythings enabled but i can't do anything with it...

Try the latest supported driver and clean install it by following this guide:

http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=175451&enterthread=y

You can then enable crossfire for your cards in CCC, and check with gpu-z if all reported info is correct.

All important and optional windows updates should be installed first, and .NET Framework 4.5 should be installed for the CCC to work correctly.
