A few months ago, I have used driver sweeper to remove AMD drivers because the beta driver was causing me lag. After that, every single time I install any version of AMD drivers, I get the same exact "Install Package Failure" error. I read the log quite a number of times and I still can't find where exactly went wrong. Can anybody help or give me suggestions for it?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670

GPU: Sapphire HD 7790

RAM: 10GB DDR3

MOBO: Asrock H81M

PSU: 500 Watts

Unfortunately these programs are well known for destroying systems like that. You have 2 choices to solve it:

#1 Get a test machine with the exact same hardware and OS and reproduce the issue. While you're reproducing the issue, use some process monitoring application to log what goes into the registry/file system while installing the driver and what gets deleted while uninstalling it using driver sweeper (or any of its relatives). When you have both pieces of data, compare them, and you should find what was removed that shouldn't have to be removed. Add that info to the original system, and it should function again. While your at it, please document everything, so other victims will finally have a proper solution.

#2 Reinstall the OS.
